KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Deliver an exceptional New Car Delivery experience to the guests
- Keep all guests informed and engaged from booking to new car delivery
- Consistent execution of Ford Guest Experience processes
- Monitor guest experience metrics, collaborate with Sales Manager for improvement
- Maximize Ford Guest Experience CVP metrics, focusing on guest communication and delivery
Job Type: Full-time
