Job Description
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
Coach associates/couriers to ensure achievement of company and client goals while addressing operational issues. Supporting the overall team’s objective should there be a deficit from the group output. Monitoring and supporting the achievement of the defined key performance indicators assigned by the companies and agreed with the clients. Will perform courier functions such as sorting, delivering, and picking up parcels for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, whilst providing a professional interface and image to customers and the general public.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in Logistics/Hub, working experience in a courier working environment would be an advantage.
- Computer literate, well-versed in current delivery mobile applications.
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Knowledge and experience with methods of pick up and delivery.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office is a plus.
- High school graduates are welcome to apply.
