Job Description
As a Demand Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, forecasting product demands, and optimizing inventory levels. Your primary objective is to ensure that the right products are available at the right time and in the right quantity to meet customer demands. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to gather data and develop demand forecasts. You will closely monitor sales patterns, customer preferences, and market dynamics to identify potential demand fluctuations and adjust procurement strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory levels and avoiding stockouts or excess inventory. You will work with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and optimal pricing, while also optimizing the use of storage space. To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Experience in demand planning or supply chain management is highly desirable.
