Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Demand Planning Supervisor to join our team. As a Demand Planning Supervisor, you will play a key role in our organization by leading and overseeing the demand planning process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant data and information for demand forecasting.
- Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other factors to accurately forecast demand.
- Developing and implementing demand planning strategies to optimize product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Working closely with production, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure alignment between demand projections and supply chain capabilities.
- Monitoring and evaluating demand planning systems and tools to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- Providing guidance and support to the demand planning team, including training and development opportunities.
