Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier in our company. As a Dental Insurance Eligibility Verifier, you will be responsible for verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits, ensuring accurate billing and reimbursement procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and coverage for patients
- Review and process insurance claims
- Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve any issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient insurance records
- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dental insurance verification is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in using dental software and Microsoft Office applications
