Job Description
1. Verify patients’ insurance benefits in Dental.
2. Answer incoming calls related to DENTAL insurance coverage from providers, recipients, and carrier groups.
3. Research eligibility information online with various DENTAL insurance carriers.
4. Obtain referrals and authorizations for DENTAL procedures and services.
5. Maintain patient and company confidentiality.
6. Provide accurate documentation of patient conversations.
Experience and Proficiency:
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
- MUST have experience as a Dental Insurance Verification Specialist (Required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php60,00.00 per month
