Job Description
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting our dental clinic. Your main responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling inquiries over the phone and in person.
You must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a medical or dental office is preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance procedures is a plus.
