Job Description
Ajinomoto seeks an experienced Department Head – Food Service to lead national food service channel strategy and execution. You will develop and implement channel plans, translate sell-out data into actionable hypotheses, and oversee sales performance, P&L, expense control, and inventory forecasting. The role includes managing and mentoring nationwide sales representatives, establishing career paths, and conducting performance evaluations and promotions.
Minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree; at least 3 years as a Section Manager in Food Service at a food manufacturer; and a minimum of 3 years each in marketing and sales. Required skills: excellent written and verbal communication, business planning, P&L management, logical and creative problem solving, people leadership, and negotiation.
