Job Description
Waltermart Makati is seeking a dedicated Department Head to lead our customer service initiatives and drive category sales. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service standards while achieving sales targets.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of customer service.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Administration.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant retail management experience.
