QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
- Education: Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
- Experience: 120 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development Intervention
- Training: 5 years of supervisory/management experience
- Eligibility: Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (JOB SUMMARY)
- Heads the Loans Origination Department – Davao Housing Business Center which is responsible in servicing, processing, and takeout of accounts. Directs the implementation and policies relative to loans origination.
