Unit/Department/Branch/TAS/HBC/Group: Office of the Manager, Loans Origination Department – Davao Housing Business Center

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

  • Education: Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
  • Experience: 120 hours of supervisory/management training/learning and development Intervention
  • Training: 5 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Eligibility: Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE GENERAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION (JOB SUMMARY)

  • Heads the Loans Origination Department – Davao Housing Business Center which is responsible in servicing, processing, and takeout of accounts. Directs the implementation and policies relative to loans origination.
