Job Description
Qualifications:
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with electrical systems and equipment.
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as deployment or field service, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure and related technology is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed for deployment projects.
Responsibilities:
- CSMS Deployment in Charging Stations: Coordinate and oversee the deployment of the CSMS software onto the EV charging stations at various locations, ensuring they are installed and configured properly.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular on-site inspections on onboarded stations to ensure they are functioning correctly and are in optimal condition. Routes will be determined together with the partner operators.
- Customer Support: Provide support to customers and end-users by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with charging-related concerns.
- Data Management: Collect and maintain data related to charging station performance, usage, and customer feedback for analysis and reporting.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors & partners in order to resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to charging station installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all deployment activities adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in charging station deployment and operations.
