Job Description
Handling the agents with all the concerned for the MO.
Print all the MO received day by the day.
Distribute the MO to each line leaders.
Act as production planner to ensure to meet each given deadline.
Coordinate with the logistics for the delivery scheduling.
Submit the daily delivery to the involved people.
Create Delivery Receipt and Sales Invoice for each received deliveries.
Make insert for the items to be shipped out outside Luzon.
Provide packing list for each delivery.
Assisting inquiries of agents regarding the actual inventories and stock availabilities.
Packing items for urgent delivery.
Checking for loading the hotel items.
Answering phone calls from Sales Agent for some clarification details in MO and urgent delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
