Job Description
The Referrers, a digital banking services company, is seeking a Deputy Chief Operations Officer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with an offered salary of Php500,00.00 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating policies and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
- Supervise and coordinate various operational functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to department heads or managers.
- Identify potential risks to operations and work.
- Implement best practices and stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
Required Skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree in economics, banking, finance, accounting, business administration, computer science, or any other relevant discipline.
- A Master’s degree in any of the above disciplines from a reputable institution will be an advantage.
- Membership with relevant local, regional, or global professional bodies.
- At least 15 years of experience in banking operations or payment systems in a dynamic and complex organizational environment is key.
- Experience with KYC, Customer Due Diligence, Collections, and Credit Underwriting.
At least 10 years of experience leading a team in banking operations.
