Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Graduate of any related business course
- Experience: With at least one (1) year officer or supervisory level experience in banking/financing/customer service/office documentation related industry
- Knowledge: Should have technical marketing skill, relevant product and industry knowledge
- Skills: Should be a strategist and is capable of thinking out-of-the-box. Has excellent communication skills (both written and oral), decision making skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, training skills, interpersonal skills, and networking skills. Capable of solving customer’s/client’s complaints amicably. Should be persuasive, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable, and analytical. Has the ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. Computer-proficient
