Job Description
We are seeking a Deputy Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members; manage staffing schedules and inventory.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support visual displays, and implement loss prevention measures.
- Analyze sales data to achieve targets and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Preferred qualifications: 2–5 years of retail supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, sound problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
