Job Description
Hann Resorts is in search of a dedicated Design Technical Assistant to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibilities of this role include providing support to the Design Manager in various departmental transactions, reviewing consultant plans for accuracy, and ensuring the completeness of Requests for Information (RFIs), bulletins, and shop drawings.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (PRC license preferred) and possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in REVIT/BIM, CAD, and Navisworks is mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time, Fixed term (24 months). Employees will enjoy additional leave, company events, employee discounts, health and life insurance, and transportation services.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
