- Desktop operating system maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosis
- Desktop connectivity troubleshooting
- Application installation and support
- Printer installation and support
- Client VPN installation and support
- O365 Administration Support
- Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
- Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
Requirements
- 1+ years of Service Desk experience or related
- Active Directory and M365 support
- Willing to work night shift (Eastern Time Shift)
- Willing to work full onsite in BGC, Taguig City (Monday – Friday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php45,00.00 per month
