Job Description
Phil-Data Business Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance. You will also troubleshoot problems in a timely and accurate fashion, providing end-user assistance where required.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Investigating, diagnosing, and resolving hardware/software problems
- Escalating unresolved issues to higher-level support
- Managing service requests, software installations, and computer setups
- Taking ownership of user issues and ensuring timely resolution
- Performing general preventive maintenance tasks on PCs, laptops, printers, etc.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Vocational/Bachelor’s degree in any IT-related course
- Minimum of 1 year experience in IT Support
- Open for project-based employment (1-year renewable contract)
- Willingness to work in Makati City, with shifting schedules
- Availability for overtime work during weekends/rest days, if needed

Schedule: 8-hour shift
