Job Description
- Perform Probe and Test engineering tasks, calibration, verification, experiment, rework, quality testing, Failure Analysis, NCR lot disposition, and support project deliverables.
- Collect and evaluate test data using data tools
- Assist in developing methods to control manufacturing process
- Execute assigned product and machine sustaining tasks
- Graduate of Eng’g or Technology Course
- 1-2 years experience in semicon industry preferred but not required
