The Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator will support the Direct and Programmatic Operations team in the implementation of digital advertising campaigns and the associated ad-tech systems.
This role is accountable and responsible for:
- Capturing and documenting screenshots of digital advertising campaigns
- Reporting on missing creatives
- Creative testing and trafficking of standard display, rich media, and video assets. These will either be first party or third party hosted
- Advertiser campaign delivery reporting
Mandatory:
- Effective time management to meet requests from internal stakeholders within tight time frames
- Client service focused with clear and concise communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments
- Strong attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets. Highly organised.
