Job Description
Probe CX is seeking a dedicated Digital Advisor to enhance our outstanding customer service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing emails and live chats, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring prompt responses to inquiries. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong English communication skills, possess a minimum of six months of chat experience, and have a background in customer service—preferably within the healthcare sector. Please note that this is an onsite position located at Global One, Eastwood, with flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
