Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Analyst, Product. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing our digital products and services to provide the best user experience and drive business growth.
You will work closely with our product development team and stakeholders to track and analyze various performance metrics, such as user engagement, conversion rates, and customer behavior. By conducting comprehensive data analysis, you will identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to enhance the user interface and functionality of our digital products.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and measure the performance of our digital products to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Analyze user behavior and interactions to understand user preferences and pain points.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide regular insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the product development team to implement data-driven improvements and features.
