Job Description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- With at least 1 year working experience in a bank/financial institution
- Proficient in using MS Office particularly MS Excel
- Programming skills (R, Phyton, Sql, SAS), MS Office, Powerpoint, Power BI, Qlik, other statistical or reporting tools
- Web analytics tools – Google Analytics etc.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze and interpret data to assess mobile application statistics
- Perform data analysis to find opportunities for growth and improvement of mobile application KPIs
- Drive and manage portfolio actions by identifying appropriate parameters and analyzing historical performance to find suitable criteria that will promote mobile application usage and mobile application user acquisition.
- Work closely with Digital Channels/Products and Marketing teams and support base generation for the different promos/campaigns of the bank related to the mobile app
- Leverage web analytics tools like Google Analytics to generate insights on customer journeys and funnels.
- Exposure to running test and learn programs on apps and websites to recommend and drive improvements.
- Reports to the Campaigns and Digital Analytics Manager and supports the rest of the DSA Team members in meeting the departmental KPIs and objectives.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
