Job Description
CSC TIME INC. is seeking a Digital Associate / Assistant to join our eCommerce and Customer Care team. In this role, you will co-manage all customer inquiries and issues related to order fulfillment, including order management and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Manage order fulfillment process
- Possess knowledge of Excel
- Be based in our Alabang office at Asian Star Building
- Complete approximately 2 weeks of training in Ortigas
- Receive training on eCommerce processes
- Have basic English proficiency
Preferred Skills:
- Photo editing and graphics
- Web design knowledge
- IT hardware basic troubleshooting
Preferred Graduate Studies:
- IT Related Courses
- Computer Science Courses
- Marketing Courses
- Newly graduates are recommended to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php16,00.00 – Php23,00.00 per month
