Job Description
Job Summary:
The Digital Channel Program Manager is responsible for implementing end-to-end acquisition and usage programs of CBS’ retail digital channels (online and mobile banking platforms).
Key responsibilities:
- Push for digital channel enrollment across depositors and credit card customers through acquisition campaigns and KRA alignment across key stakeholders
- Design usage/engagement campaigns across digital channels – Metrobank Online and Metrobank App – through various customer communications and incentive campaigns
- Do branch immersion in order to gain customer insights and come up with recommendations on branch offloading strategies
- Help the Digital Channel Program Lead to draft customer migration process from new to old digital platforms
- Help implement strategies to come up with monetization opportunities for retail digital channels (e.g. fee income, operating cost saves)
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to launch innovative campaigns to meet business objectives
