Job Description
The Digital Community Supervisor is the human interface of all digital initiatives of the company who can monitor, measure, and respond to feedback and questions while upholding the brand image and what it stands for.
Responsibilities
- Execute and develop digital marketing campaigns based on set brand guidelines, business needs, and specific business objectives.
- Produce communication materials that deliver the marketing objectives.
- Develop digital marketing strategies that will increase client engagements and eventually, sales numbers.
- Respond, manage, and measure digital feedback and inquiries based on agreed social media and crisis management guidelines.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 2 to 3 years work experience as a Marketing Professional, with measurable achievements in the field of digital marketing.
- Completed a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, engineering, or any related field.
- Must be open to learning more innovative approaches in digital marketing.
- Knowledgeable with social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Fluent in English and Filipino, using correct grammar.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint.
