Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. Will be responsible for managing our digital marketing strategy across multiple channels to enhance brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads. To work closely with cross-functional teams to create cohesive campaigns that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns that engage the target audience and drive measurable results.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and Tiktok to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics.
- Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
