Job Description
Develop the overall marketing strategy to achieve revenue goals
Execute the digital campaigns for assigned brands/ecommerce platforms
Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create campaign materials and creatives
Work cross-functionally to secure and schedule marketing assets for brands and deliver results
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (website, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong work ethic, willingness to get your hands dirty, and get stuff done
- Experience with managing campaigns in Google Analytics and FB Ad Manager
- High sense of urgency and best-in-class work ethics
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate with other teams
- Fluent in English and Tagalog
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
