Job Description
– Build and lead a team of Digital Marketers to improve the company’s e-commerce presence in the US
– Initiate and manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
– Understand and analyze customer behavior to optimize campaigns and define requirements across marketing channels
– Ongoing optimization of campaigns by adjusting budget, channel mix, and creative requirements
– Calculate and simulate impact of leads generated through digital channels and quantify channel ROI
– Conduct behavior analysis to optimize campaigns and proficiently manage end-to-end channel management
– Define data requirements and utilize insights for campaign and strategy optimization
– Establish and maintain effective working relationships
Job Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
– 5+ years of experience in managing marketing campaigns, preferably in E-Commerce, CPG, Telecom industries
– Experience working with USA clients or target market
– Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and engagement
– Proficiency in monitoring trends, analyzing data, and utilizing analytical tools
– Identifying opportunities for marketing process improvement and developing business cases for strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to Php40,00.00 per month
