Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Manage the performance of a team
- Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, coordinating all aspects of their campaigns.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of client campaigns, from onboarding to ongoing optimization.
- Coordinate and optimize the use of available resources to support campaign execution
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators
- Lead the development and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and ensure consistency in campaign execution.
Skills and Experiences:
- Has 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role (Project Manager, Operations Manager, Digital Marketing Manager)
- Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential for managing multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving abilities are needed to identify and address issues efficiently, ensuring campaign success.
