Job Description
Objective:
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for developing digital paid media channel strategy and recommendations. In order to succeed in this role, he/she must have a hands-on approach and drive activities associated with the planning and buying for cross-channel campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic. The Performance Marketing Manager will not only focus on crafting strategic digital approaches for its brands but will also ensure seamless campaign execution.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the digital media landscape, staying abreast of the latest products and solutions, and ensuring that media strategies align with key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize campaign performance.
- Develop an understanding of how various digital channels collaborate to create a comprehensive media plan, encompassing paid search and social.
- Take ownership of digital strategy and day-to-day account requirements across multiple clients, coordinating with the Digital Brand Manager, Store Operations Associate, and other internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Digital Brand Manager to brainstorm media strategies, tactics, and targeting for media plans. Present information in a brand-friendly, easily digestible format that conveys key takeaways and insights
