Overview: Highlands Coffee is looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Associate to drive community engagement and brand growth through innovative social media strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media communities and engagement across platforms
- Conduct detailed performance reporting
- Coordinate newsletters and track metrics
- Develop partnerships and creative campaigns
- Create engaging social media content
Tools Required:
- Google Sheets, Adobe, Canva
- Email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Collaborative team player

Pay: PHP 35,00.00 per month
