Job Description
- Receive enquiries and service requests from customers, providing prompt resolution or escalating to level 2 support
- Prioritise, triage, and solve customer issues following established processes, escalating when needed
- Answer Inbound Calls and resolve Level 1 cases efficiently
- Assess and describe Level 2 escalated issues clearly
- Document and monitor client inquiries for timely resolution
- Keep customers informed on inquiry progress
- Contribute to knowledge base with unique resolutions
- Share feedback on product defects and enhancements
