Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Solution Support Specialist.
As a Digital Solution Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients using our digital solutions. You will work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that may arise.
You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions and creating user manuals to help our clients better understand and utilize our digital solutions effectively. Additionally, you will assist in gathering customer feedback and requirements to improve our products and services.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a strong technical background. You should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
