Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Solutions Support Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Solutions Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and customers. You will work closely with the development team to resolve any issues and ensure smooth functionality of our digital solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our digital solutions, including software, applications, and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the development team to identify and fix any bugs or system errors.
- Assist clients in implementing and integrating our digital solutions into their existing systems.
- Conduct training sessions and provide user support to ensure successful adoption of our solutions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and applications.
- Knowledge of web technologies and programming languages.
