Job Description
RAYOMAR MANAGEMENT, INC., an Investment and Management Company established in 1980, is currently seeking a Digital Transformation Associate to join our team. With a strong competitive advantage in transportation and logistics, we offer a range of services including shipping, crewing, trucking, warehousing, sea and air freight forwarding, and domestic distribution.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and enhancement of digital transformation strategies and programs to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization.
- Collaborating with various departments to identify opportunities for process digitalization and streamline workflows.
- Leading efforts to convert manual documents into digital formats, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Supporting the maintenance of interactive and informative company websites and social media pages, making regular updates and improvements.
- Utilizing a variety of digital tools and technologies to enhance process efficiency for Team Rayomar.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any business-related course.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing and online technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of Digital Marketing and Process Improvement tools and concepts.
- Strong data profiler, ability to interpret data and provide recommendations to the business.
- Strong interest in digital technologies and a passion for driving digital transformation.
- Immediate availability.
- Amenable to work in Makati City.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
