Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Digitisation Analyst. As a Digitisation Analyst, you will be responsible for converting physical documents and records into electronic format, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the digitisation process.
Your main duties will include scanning and indexing documents, performing quality checks on digitised files, and maintaining a comprehensive database of digitised materials. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance digitisation processes and improve overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in document management systems and experience with digitisation technologies is preferred.
