Job Description
AT LEAST HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE/DIPLOMA or HRM GRADUATE
Willing to learn or with food service experience
DINING CREW: They serve as FRONT OF THE HOUSE PERSONNEL, They are taking care of our guests and providing for their needs and wants.
FUNCTION:
- Serving the guests – 30% Daily
- Taking care of the guests – 30% Daily
- Cleaning and organizing the dining area including restroom – 5% Daily
- Tables and chairs set up – 15% Daily
- Dining utensils set up – 10% Daily
- Cleaning of dining floor – 5% Daily
COMPETENCIES:
- Can work under pressure
- Fast and accurate
- Good communication skills
- Can communicate with different people
- Knowledgeable about the field of work
- Handle the day to day operations
- Customer-Oriented Person
