Job Description
· Assign duties, responsibilities, and work stations to employees in accordance with their strength to ensure consistent fast and efficient service.
· Help maintain a positive environment, which provides fast, efficient, and friendly service.
· Effectively communicate with guests and team members.
· Troubleshoot and solve problems and concerns in order to maintain positive guest experiences.
· Coordinate activity between kitchen, pantry, receptionist, and dining room to ensure efficient service.
· Ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely manner.
· Handle and resolve guests’ concerns and issues.
· Perform various financial activities such as cash handling, double-checking cashier’s reports, ending cashier shifts, and closing sales.
· Work and coordinate closely with management regarding the handling of staff, sales, reports, property, products, and equipment.
· Create schedules, find replacements for absent staff, and conduct counseling and corrective action.
· Monitor dining and pantry supply inventory.
· Maintain and monitor store cleanliness.
