Job Description
A Dining Team Member is a vital part of our restaurant team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued guests. As a member of the Dining Team, you will ensure a delightful dining experience by providing excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Your main duties will include welcoming guests, taking their orders, and serving food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential traits for this role.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
