Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate of any Engineering Course or Graduate of any vocational courses related to the plating industry.
- Preferably with TESDA NC2 certification related to Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Chemical.
- At least 3 years of experience in Electroless Plating Process, Manufacturing Set-up / Coloring Design, and Handling different types of plating machines.
- Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Can work in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creating an outline for setting up the plating process (blueprint, selecting equipment, sourcing locations, setting standards, and construction of the plating area).
- Operating, calibrating, and maintaining the equipment and machinery, as well as conducting final product verification to guarantee quality work.
- Staff training and drafting of training manuals.
