Job Description
Makati Shangri-La, Manila, is a premier hotel located at the heart of Manila’s financial district. We are seeking a passionate and innovative Director of Convention Sales to lead our sales team and maximize hotel revenue. Your responsibilities will include implementing sales strategies, participating in business reviews, motivating the sales team, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales and marketing background, and a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. You should be self-driven and able to challenge the status quo while crafting creative solutions.
