Job Description
Customer Service Director is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Will be responsible to drive a high-touch, innovative culture and help move healthcare forward.
Responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Service function.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- Experienced in lifting and shifting new processes
- At least a Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Must have had experience managing Manager level
What is expected of you and others at this level:
- Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff; may also manage front line supervisors
- Manages an organizational budget
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
- Assists in the development of functional strategy
- Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
- Interacts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management
- Persuades others into agreement in sensitive situations while maintaining positive relationships and staying resilient to changes
