Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join our team. As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing strategies to maximize the quality and profitability of our food and beverage offerings, managing the budget and financial performance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
You will also be responsible for leading a team of professionals, including chefs, restaurant managers, and serving staff, and providing them with guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with proven experience in managing large-scale operations. Excellent leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences are a must.
