Job Description
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will play a vital role in our organization’s success by overseeing the food and beverage operations. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue and exceed customer satisfaction levels. You will lead a team of talented individuals, including chefs, waitstaff, and bartenders, to deliver high-quality and innovative food and beverage offerings.
Your key responsibilities include managing budgets, developing menus, creating and implementing standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional operations and deliver seamless guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing food and beverage operations in a similar upscale establishment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
