Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operational Excellence, Training and Quality to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, training initiatives, and maintaining high-quality standards for our BPO company.
Your main duties will include developing and implementing strategies to improve operational processes, managing a team of trainers, and ensuring adherence to quality control standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement, conduct training needs assessments, and design customized training programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process outsourcing (BPO) and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You should have a proven track record of implementing operational excellence initiatives and improving training programs to enhance overall business performance.
Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, and at least 8 years of experience in a similar position.
