Job Description
Overview of the Role: We are seeking a passionate individual to review vendor quality, maintain price controls, and optimize inventory flows. You will develop and direct objectives, policies, and processes regarding all purchasing functions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide commercial leadership and integrate procurement best practices.
- Develop a strategic sourcing approach for cost savings and risk management.
- Collaborate with department heads to meet hotel needs.
- Influence wider hotel strategies through partnership with other departments.
- Execute sourcing strategies to foster excellence.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
- 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Analytical with strong business acumen.
