Job Description
The Director of Rooms oversees all rooms division functions to deliver exceptional guest experiences, optimize revenue, and ensure smooth coordination among Front Office, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams.
- Lead strategic planning, budget administration, and implementation of SOPs to meet brand standards and regulatory and safety requirements.
- Provide effective staff leadership, training, and quality control to sustain consistent service excellence.
- Monitor financial performance, identify opportunities for revenue enhancement, and drive operational efficiencies.
Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of hospitality leadership, strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a degree in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
