Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Technology to join our team. As the Director of Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of our organization’s technology infrastructure.
Your primary duty will be to ensure effective technology operations that align with our company’s goals and objectives. You will collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for technology integration, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the technology team, providing guidance and support for the development and implementation of technology initiatives
- Develop and maintain the organization’s technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
- Oversee the management of infrastructure, systems, networks, and security to ensure reliability and data protection
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology requirements and prioritize projects
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for hardware, software, and professional services
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering technology solutions that drive business value
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure management, software development, security, and data management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams
