Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director / Recruitment Manager to join our team. As the Director / Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and hires the best talent.
Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting interviews, and overseeing the entire recruitment process. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in recruitment and demonstrated leadership abilities. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
